- 모든 티켓은 한정 수량이며 조기 매진될 수 있습니다.

티켓 환불 · 양도 · 정책 / Refund · Transfer Policy

- 환불은 각 판매처의 환불 규정을 따릅니다.
- 단순 변심, 개인 사정, 교통 문제 등 구매자 귀책 사유는 해당 규정이 적용됩니다.

- Refunds follow the policy of each ticket platform.
- Refund requests due to personal reasons, transportation issues, or change of mind follow the platform policy.

티켓 이름 정책 및 입장 가능 여부 / Ticket Name Policy & Entry

- 입장 시 신분증 확인이 진행될 수 있습니다.
- 티켓 구매자 이름과 신분증 이름이 일치해야 입장이 가능합니다.

- ID verification may be required at entry.
- The ticket holder’s name must match the ID.

Entry

입장 절차 및 팔찌 교환 / Entry Procedure & Wristband

- 모든 관람객은 티켓 부스에서 티켓 확인 후 입장 팔찌로 교환해야 합니다.
- 팔찌 착용 시 행사장 출입이 가능합니다.

- All guests must exchange their ticket for an entry wristband at the ticket booth.
- Access to the venue is allowed only with a wristband.

티켓 부스 운영 시간 / Ticket Booth Hours

- 티켓 부스 운영 시간은 행사 전 공식 채널을 통해 안내됩니다.

- Ticket booth hours will be announced through official channels before the event.

재입장 및 늦은 입장 정책 / Re-entry & Late Entry

- 입장 팔찌 착용 시 재입장이 가능합니다.
- 현장 상황에 따라 입장이 제한될 수 있습니다.

- Re-entry is allowed with a wristband.
- Entry may be restricted depending on on-site conditions.

신분증 확인 정책 / ID Verification

- 입장 시 신분증 확인이 진행될 수 있습니다.
- 유효한 신분증이 없는 경우 입장이 제한될 수 있습니다.

- ID verification may be required.
- Entry may be denied without a valid ID.

Age Policy

최소 연령 및 미성년자 입장 정책 / Minimum Age & Minor Entry

- 하회 페스티벌은 만 19세 이상만 입장 가능합니다.
- 미성년자는 보호자 동반시 입장 가능합니다.

- Hahoe Festival entry is available for ages 19 and above.
- Minors may enter only when accompanied by a guardian.

Transportation

페스티벌 이동 방법 / Venue Location

- 경상북도 안동시 도산면 월천길 300 한국문화테마파크
- 자가 차량, 셔틀버스, 대중교통 이용이 가능합니다.

- Korean Cultural Theme Park
- 300 Wolcheon-gil, Dosan-myeon, Andong, Gyeongsangbuk-do
- Accessible by car, shuttle bus, or public transportation.

셔틀버스 운영 및 예약 / Shuttle Bus

- 서울 · 부산 · 대구 · 광주 → 안동 왕복 셔틀버스 운영
- 사전 예약자만 탑승 가능하며 현장 구매는 불가합니다.

- Round-trip shuttle buses operate from Seoul · Busan · Daegu · Gwangju to Andong.
- Shuttle buses are available only with advance reservation.

대중교통 이용 방법 / Public Transportation

- 안동역 또는 안동버스터미널 → 콜 택시 또는 셔틀버스 이용
- 안동역 셔틀버스 운영은 추후 공지됩니다.

- From Andong Station or Andong Bus Terminal → taxi or shuttle bus.
- Andong Station shuttle information will be announced later.

주차 및 차량 이용 / Parking

- 행사장 내 무료 주차가 가능합니다.

- Free parking is available at the venue.

Accommodation

페스티벌 인근 숙박 안내 / Nearby Accommodation

- 안동 시내 호텔, 게스트하우스, 한옥 숙박 등 이용 가능합니다.
- 숙박은 개별 예약이며 조기 마감될 수 있습니다.
- 인근 숙박 리스트 참고

- Hotels, guesthouses, and hanok stays are available in Andong city.
- Accommodation must be booked individually.

안동 호반자연휴양림 예약 / Hoban Forest Recreation Area

- 호반자연휴양림 숙박은 공식 예약 사이트에서 행사 약 6주 전부터 예약 가능합니다.

- Reservations open approximately 6 weeks before the event through the official website.

Camping

캠핑 사이트 이용 안내 / Camping Site

- 캠핑 사이트 이용은 유료입니다.
- 캠핑 사이트 구매자는 지정된 캠핑 구역을 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 캠핑 장비는 개인 지참 또는 대여가 가능합니다.

- Camping sites are paid.
- Camping site ticket holders may use designated camping areas.
- Guests may bring their own camping gear or rent equipment.

2인 렌탈 텐트 이용 정책 / 2-Person Rental Tent Policy

- 렌탈 텐트는 사전 예약자 우선이며, 현장에서 소량 판매될 수 있습니다.
- 2인 렌탈 텐트는 이용자가 직접 설치, 철거 및 반납해야 합니다.
- 렌탈 텐트는 행사 기간 동안만 이용 가능합니다.
- 파손 또는 심각한 오염 발생 시 추가 비용이 청구될 수 있습니다.

- Rental tents are prioritized for advance reservations and may be available in limited quantities on-site.
- Guests must install, dismantle, and return the tents themselves.
- Rental tents are available only during the event period.
- Additional fees may apply for damage or severe contamination.

캠핑 체크인 & 체크아웃 / Camping Check-in & Check-out

- 캠핑 체크인: 6월 5일 17:00
- 캠핑 체크아웃: 6월 7일 10:00
- 조기 체크인은 불가합니다.

- Check-in: June 5, 17:00
- Check-out: June 7, 10:00
- Early check-in is not available.

캠핑 사이트 종류 / Camping Zones

- 캠핑 사이트는 내부 캠핑 / 외부 캠핑 / 자유 피칭 구역으로 나뉩니다.

- Camping areas are divided into Inside Camping / Outside Camping / Free Pitching zones.

개인 텐트 이용 정책 / Personal Tent Policy

- 개인 텐트는 지정된 캠핑 구역에서만 설치할 수 있습니다.
- 대형 텐트 및 쉘터는 외곽 캠핑 구역 이용을 권장합니다.
- 캠핑 구역 외 장소에는 텐트 설치가 제한됩니다.

- Personal tents must be installed in designated camping areas.
- Large tents or shelters are recommended in outer camping zones.

에어 텐트 대여 / Air Tent Rental

- 에어 텐트는 주최측에서 설치 및 철거를 진행합니다.
- 텐트 위치는 현장에서 배정되며 변경이 불가합니다.

- Air tents are installed and removed by the organizers.
- Tent positions are assigned on-site and cannot be changed.

캠핑카 이용 정책 / Camper Van Policy

- 셔틀버스 확정 및 탑승 안내는 6월 1일(일) 구매 시 기재해 주신 연락처로 문자 발송됩니다.
- 캠핑카는 사전 예약자만 이용 가능합니다.
- 캠핑카는 현장에서 랜덤 배정됩니다.
- 차량 위치 변경은 불가합니다.
- Shuttle bus confirmation and boarding details will be sent via text message on Sunday, June 1, to the contact information you provided at the time of purchase.
- Camper vans are available only with advance reservation.
- Vehicles are assigned randomly on-site.
- Location changes are not allowed.

캠핑 이용 규정 / Camping Rules

- 개인 화기, 캠프파이어, 폭죽, 촛불 등 모든 화기 사용은 금지됩니다.
- 캠핑 구역 내 쓰레기는 지정된 장소에 분리 배출해 주세요.
- 캠핑 구역에서는 다른 관람객에게 방해가 되는 소음 행위를 자제해 주세요.

- Open flames including campfires, fireworks, candles, and other fire sources are prohibited.
- Waste must be disposed of in designated areas.
- Please avoid excessive noise in camping areas.

Food & Payment

푸드 부스 및 음식 옵션 / Food & Beverage

- 행사장 내 다양한 푸드 및 음료 부스가 운영됩니다.

- Various food and beverage vendors will operate within the venue.

외부 음식 및 물병 반입 정책 / Outside Food Policy

- 외부 음식 반입은 제한될 수 있습니다.
- 개인 물병은 반입 가능합니다.

- Outside food may be restricted.
- Personal water bottles are allowed.

결제 방법 / Payment Method

- 푸드 부스는 키오스크 카드 결제 방식으로 운영됩니다.
- 일부 부스는 계좌이체 가능하며 현금 결제는 불가합니다.

- Food vendors operate with kiosk-based card payment.
- Some vendors may accept bank transfer.
- Cash payment is not available.

- 행사장 내 화장실 및 식수 시설이 마련됩니다.

- Limited shower facilities are available for campers.

락커 및 휴대폰 충전 / Lockers & Phone Charging

- 락커는 제한 수량으로 운영됩니다.
- 충전 존이 운영될 예정이며 개인 충전기 및 보조배터리 사용을 권장합니다.

- Lockers are available in limited quantity.
- Charging zones will operate. Personal chargers or power banks are recommended.

흡연 구역 / Smoking Area

- 지정된 흡연 구역에서만 흡연이 가능합니다.

- Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas.

의료 서비스 및 응급 대응 / Medical Support

- 행사장 내 의료 지원팀이 운영됩니다.
- 응급 상황 시 가까운 스태프에게 도움을 요청해 주세요.

- 불법 약물의 반입 및 사용은 금지됩니다.
- 적발 시 퇴장 및 법적 조치가 진행될 수 있습니다.

- 휴대용 스피커 및 별도 사운드 장비 사용은 제한됩니다.

- Portable speakers or personal sound systems are not allowed.

Lost & Found

분실물 센터 및 분실물 찾기 / Lost & Found

- 행사 기간 동안 분실물 센터가 운영됩니다.
- 행사 종료 후 분실물 문의는 공식 인스타그램을 통해 가능합니다.

- Lost & found service will operate during the event.
- After the event, inquiries can be made through the official Instagram.
